I made 2 door hangers for James -- one with a hole die cut (the kind that fits around a doorknob) and one with a hole drilled and then attached with a rubber band. The one shown is the one with the drilled hole. The bottom of the door hanger is a (one sided) business card with a perforated top indicated by the dotted line.
